Durbin Real Estate recently completed negotiations bringing at least six full time jobs to Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana with the possibility of more to come! The deal will help restore and bring life back to a 14,000 square foot building located at 1301 South E Street that has long since lost it's luster when Marsh grocery store vacated several year ago. The new owner will run a general merchandise store that will feature a wide variety of items including housewares, clothing, electronics, and even snack foods at fantastic wholesale prices, Durbin Real Estate would like to welcome Mr. Deals Liquidation to our community!   

 

Mr. Deals Liquidation was founded by Erik Botts who served as a district manager in EZ Pawn for over a decade in Richmond before moving to Indianapolis to a business of his own. He now owns and operates that largest Pawn shop in Indiana called Indy Pawn located on Pendleton Pike in Indianapolis.  Three years ago, after an effort of expanding his business, he began selling new and open-boxed merchandise at a separate location. After a successful run, Mr. Deals Liquidations was born.  Erik is now excited to expand and open his business in Richmond together with his managers who he has worked with for over 20 years. Renovations are currently underway and plans to open to the public are set for March.
