Over the course of the last 16 years Luke has Leased and Sold more Commercial and Industrial Real Estate than any other Commercial Broker in his region totaling more than One Hundred Fifty Million dollars worth of Real Estate, despite a saturated market.

Luke’s Knowledge in Real Estate did not begin in Commercial Real Estate.  Luke’s start in Residential Real Estate was vital to his Real Estate career now.   Selling hundreds of Residential properties has guided him in his experience and is essential to the training element he delivers to his team today.  

Luke loves coaching and has done so within his community for over 20 years.  His love for coaching was a key ingredient on his decision to start Durbin Real Estate.  Luke’s goal is simple; the team will provide specialized service to the community and do so by being the best at what we do. Luke is dedicated to training his team to be the leader in Residential Real Estate as well as the community.  Giving his team the tools to succeed in all aspects of Real Estate is one thing, but top notch coaching and accountability by an Owner who has been in the field with them sets his agents apart to build Multi-Million dollar producing businesses and services to their clients.
